Residents have bed sore that are unreported, food is always cold, sandwhiches served often (grilled cheese, tuna, egg salad...) residents are not well groomed and rooms are left felthy. The food was horrible, always cold and not edible. The social worker leaves a lot to be desired and has no clue how to do her job. I had to set up my own in home care because she couldn’t figure out who to call.

I have liked her social worker, nurses, physical therapits and the aides. I don't like my sister's MD, though she likes him. Food is ok, not like home, but not like hospital food either. I do like that she got a nice and private room. Nurses dont give patients their meds on time if at all. The upstairs smells so much like urine.

Greenbrier was a nursing home, so it was more like a hospital atmosphere. It had a nice lounge area, a nice snack area, and TV rooms, and the rooms themselves were very hospital like. We looked at the activity schedule, and it was pretty full. In the other places, there was somebody when we came in, and they were ready to present everything. However, I would recommend them because it was a full service nursing home, and you could go on Medicaid. The residents that were there i can say so friendly and kind, the food was soooo cold , the tator tots tasted like they were old, the food was not cook all the way as well.
